Our Dress Code

WHY A DRESS CODE?

Golf dates back many many years. Dress code has evolved somewhat over time. In the 1900’s golfers played in jacket and tie, nowadays it is far more relaxed. The dress code forms part of the etiquette of the game and therefore it has maintained some of its traditional characteristics.

What to Wear

Head Gear
All Hats face Forward

Hats are allowed. Please ensure that they face forward. Advisable to tie your hair if you have long hair (both Male and female

Upper Body
Golf & Lounge shirt

No vests, sports kits or excessive branding tops. Blade collar tops are accept. Preferably tucked in

Lower Body
Trousers

Long trousers or tailored shorts. Jeans allowed in club house not on the course. No casual shorts Please wear belt with your shorts or trouser.

Footwear
Keep Them Closed

No slops/ Hiking shoes/ formal shoes/ sandals. Advisable to wear Golf shoes with spikes/ trainers/ sneakers

Extra's
Accessories

Watches allowed, golf gloves, Belts, glasses For any assistance visit the pro shop inside the club
